D2 Lamoon Resotel - Phuket

our stay at D2 Lamoon was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond, arranging everything with a smile and making our stay comfy. The location was ideal, a short walk to everything. The hotel was incredibly clean, making it one of the cleanest countries we've visited. couldn't ask for more.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient. They cleaned the room every day and always left fresh water bottles. the location was decent, close to the city center and easy to access transportation. the room was spacious and had a decent view of the city.

The noise level was unbearable at times. the walls were thin and I could hear everything, including people talking, cars honking, and people in the hallway.

This hotel offers great value for money, providing clean and spacious rooms. The location is awesome, just a few minutes' walk to the town and a short taxi ride to the pier. The staff is fantastic, offering friendly and helpful service. The basic amenities provided are sufficient, and the breakfast is not only delicious but also the nicest and friendliest we encountered in all of Thailand.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was amazing as it was very close to the bus station and 24h marts. it was just a short walk from the town and pier. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even provided free refreshments during my departure. Upon arriving late at night, I was greeted by the very nice night reception team at D2 Lamoon. The staff showed genuine care and hospitality, making my difficult situation much easier. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the old town. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary water bottles. I had a fantastic stay at D2 Lamoon and would highly recommend it.

The bathroom was a bit slippery and the air conditioning was a bit loud and kept me awake at night. , there were some small ants in the room, but it seemed like the hotel tried to get rid of them with chemicals.

Free bikes for a unique tour of the garden views. The breakfast options were endless, I could choose between buffet, a la carte or continental. Plus, I loved the convenience of having a restaurant and bar on-site.
